Kaeli Carew joined Mississippi State University as the Achievement Coordinator. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Kaeli has a diverse background in educational settings, which has equipped her with valuable insights and skills. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas Tech University.

In her current role, Kaeli is responsible for overseeing outreach initiatives for the ACCESS program, working to expand its reach and impact. Additionally, she manages and supports the team of college coaches within ACCESS, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to effectively assist students. Kaeli is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment that helps students achieve their academic and personal goals.
