Chris Dallager serves as the Director of the Disability Resource Center and the ACCESS Program at Mississippi State University, having joined the university in February 2021. In collaboration with the ACCESS Program team, Dallager oversees the long-term direction and planning of the program, while also participating in the selection of incoming students and addressing student concerns. Previously, he served as the Director of Disability Services at Carleton College in Northfield, MN, and as the Coordinator at the Disability Resource Center at the University of Minnesota, Morris. With a background in counseling psychology and school psychology, Dallager worked for many years as a psychotherapist, school psychologist, and program director for group homes for adults with intellectual disabilities before transitioning into higher education disability services. He is a past fellow of the Yale Child Study Center and a past president of the Minnesota Association on Higher Education and Disability.
